Minutes of the Wimberley Computer Club

July 25, 2000

The meeting of the Wimberley Computer Club took place on July 25, 2000 in the Wimberley Village Library. Forty people signed in. President, Curt Busk welcomed the group to the club's meeting at 7:05 PM.

The minutes were accepted as they appear on the Internet.

The Treasurer's report was given and accepted. The balance is $2,161.77.

The class taught by Austin Community College was a big success.

The grab bag SIG will meet the 2nd Thursday of the month from 7:30 PM until 9:00 PM in the Wimberley Village Library. A beginning internet SIG will meet the 4th Thursdays of the month starting in August.

Allan Eastwood introduced Jerry McGhee, our speaker for the evening. His topic is "From Wimberley to the World Wide Web - Part2".

Following the presentation the door prize was selected. Mary Thigpen was the winner.

The next meeting will be August 22, 2000, in the Wimberley Village Library at 7:00 PM.

The meeting adjourned about 8:36 PM.
