Minutes of May 17th, 2001 of the Operational Board meeting of the Wimberley Computer Club. Pres.Coleman opened the meeting at 1020 am present were JoAnne Ross, Allan Eastwood, Curt Busk, Sylvia, and SallyEngland.

No old business Update on the Library given by C.Busk (see May 16th minutes) Rod Rose will update general membership on Tuesday May 22. There was discussion about the Library Board. New members and renewals, Don Coleman needs this inf. for the door prizes.
New Business: There will be a meeting with the Adm. of the Katherine Ann Porter School and Curt and Charlie on Monday May 21st. They will discuss holding beginner's classes, Word class, and the cost. Might be as much as $200 a month, that would deplete reserves fast. They have 12 computers. We would also like to offer Excel and Quicken. An intermediate course would also be nice.
Program: Allan wanted to know about the publicity for Tuesday's gen. Meeting with Bob Currie. It will be on the web site and a notice sent to members. We don't have a speaker for June yet. On the Library's calendar we are penciled in for the year. We have a door prize but it was not mentioned what it was.
SIG report. Grab Bag is the 1st Thursday at 1pm. And Digital Camera on the 3rd Thursday
