Wimberley Computer Club, Executive Board met at 16 Pebblebrook Wimberley. Meeting opened by Pres.Coleman at 2pm. Present were Don Coleman, JoAnne Ross, Allan Eastwood, Curt Busk, Rod Rose, and Sally England.
Purpose of the meeting was to hear from task force person Rod Rose. The situation of the Library is now that the bottom line is that there will be room enough for meetings at the Library and there will be no mention of a limit of members attending for any group.
Rod stated that there would be a minimum of 17 feet in the center for chairs and props etc. for meetings.
There was also mentioned that 10 more chairs have been ordered and 2 less permanent shelves. Pres. Steve S. said he would put this in writing for the Library to act on at the next board meeting June 14th.
It was suggested that this idea was satisfactory to the WCC and after the vote on June 14th we will then write a letter to the local paper about the situation and our part. Several member of the WCC board will be at the Library Board Meeting. The results will be shared with the general membership of the WCC.
Don stated that our web page has been updated as of 9am Tuesday.
