Wimberley Computer Club board meeting on August 21.2001 opened at 1000 by Pres.Coleman. Present were Susan Springer, Sylvia Banks, JoAnne Ors, Jan Jackson, Curt Busk, Rod Rose, and Sally England.

Old Business: winners selected at general meeting but not present will be put back on the roll.
New Business: report from Allan Eastwood, The September meeting will be "Topic Ask the Experts" a panel of Ken Roberts, Rod Hardy, Rhondda Cotton, and David Harrison. $35 Restaurant gift certificate for each panelist. Food not to exceed $100. Almost 30 door prizes. All members eligible for door prizes. Location Katherine Porter School at 6PM
August 28th meeting will be with Rhondda Cotton
Sig: Curt will have a sign up for the Beginners class at the general meeting. It is free and will be held at KAP. " The Intermediate class of Windows 98 taught by Ms Cotton will be $480 for the 6 sessions, with a max of 12 students, the club can pay $15 for each student with the individual picking up the rest. The class is opened to all members and also the staff, students and parents of KAP . A motion was made by C.Busk and seconded by R.Rose and all in favor, none opposed." There will be a release form all attendees will sign for the KAP Network services Acceptable Agreement. This is for the use of the computers. The Digital class was canceled this month will start again in Sept.@20th at the Library. Grab Bag first Thurs. at the Lib. The Internet class is continuing at the Library 2nd and 4th Thurs. AM.

A motion made by Curt and seconded by Rod was passed that said" in the future there will not be Summer SIG's".
The next board meeting will be Sept. 20th.
