Meeting was called to order in the Library, at 7 p.m. by President Al Sternthal, with 29 members present. Al spoke about the advantages of membership, with a reminder to pay dues.
Minutes of the April meeting were approved.
Treasurer's report = $3231.03 was accepted.
OLD BUSINESS:
Rod Rose announced that there will be an Intermediate level of Digital Photography, to be presented in September. Sign up sheet is on the desk. SIG's will discontinue during the summer months, with the exception of the Internet SIG which has already begun and will continue through June and July.
NEW BUSINESS:
Gordon Dysart introduced the program speaker, Entrepreneur Marsha Yearin (who was assisted by Shirley Moore). Program title was "Ways you can make money on the Internet", discussing creative ways to conduct business using a web page.
Gordon announced that next meeting will be presented by Lucas Werks, who will speak on "Hobby made into Business".
Door prize was won by Bernice Brown.
