The WCC Board meeting held at the Wimberley Library, opened at 10:00 AM on November 20, 2003. The meeting was called to order by President, Al Sternthal. Others present were Curt Busk, Susan Springer, and Moselle Walker.
From the treasurer's report given by Curt Busk the balance in the account is $618.69.
No nominations for positions open in 2004 were presented, therefore the members in attendance, agreed that the present board would carry on as is, until replacements can be found. This will be brought up for a vote at the general meeting November 25. Also requests for nominations from the floor will be requested.
Al Sternthal will remind members that membership dues for 2004 is now due and there will be no meeting in December.
Mary Nall will bring the information she has for the paid members to date.
When all information is available, Susan Springer will update the address list to include new and old members.

Grab Bag - 1st Thursday - 1:00 PM
Intermediate Digital Photography - 2nd Tuesday - 1:00 PM
No beginners Digital in December
