February Meeting of the Wimberley Computer

                                Club’s Board

The Board Meeting of the Wimberley Computer Club was called to order at 10:05 AM. By President Al Sternthal.

Members present: Susan Springer, Curt Busk, Al Sternthal, Rod Rose and Mary Nall. Absent: Moselle Walker. Also present: Rhondda Cotton.

Al presented a letter of resignation from Cal Neill, second vice-president and program chairman. It was accepted bythe board. Rhondda was nominated to replace Cal by Mary, and the nomination was seconded byCurt.

Rhondda asked to do another questionaire that is more specific.  She will probably do the next meeting herself and pick up where she left off last meeting.

Mary reported that there is $783.25 + $2502.55 in the bank.

Rhondda has some ideas for getting the club going again.  One idea is a bring a friend night. Fhondda said she will mail grant info that she receives to Jimmie Robinson, the grant writer for the Civic Center.

Al will write a letter of appreciation to Cal for all of his work. Curt will buy a $50 Best Buy gift certificate in include in the letter.

Susan presented us with a bill for $53.14 for software to update the website.  Mary will mail her a check.

The meeting was adjourned at 11 AM.
