WCC MINUTES OF 02/24/2004

 

WIMBERLEY COMPUTER CLUB MEETING OF FEBRUARY 24, 2004

 

 In the absence of President,  Al Sternthal, Curt Busk, First Vice President opened the meeting at 7:00 PM.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

 

Curt Busk announced that the Board Members would meet briefly following the meeting.

 

Treasurer’s Report by Mary Nall: Bank balance of $783.00 and $2500.02 in savings.

 

Report regarding SIG classes by Rod Rose and Curt Busk:

 

 Digital photography – intermediate: 2^nd Tuesday – 12:30 to 3:00 PM at the library

                 Grab Bag: 1^st Thursday – 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the library

PROGRAM:

 

Curt Busk announced the accepted resignation of Cal Neill and presented him with a certificate of dedication and appreciation from President Al Sternthal. This Program Director vacancy was filled by vote of the WCC Board . Rhondda Cotton accepted the position and presented the program for the evening meeting which was a very interesting discussion – questions and answers. Also discussed was plans for organizing Special Interest Groups .

 

The Board Members agreed to hold monthly meeting 3^rd Wednesday at 6:00 PM at the library.
