WIMBERLEY COMPUTER CLUB MEETING OF APRIL 23, 2004
In the absence of President Al Sternthal, Rod Rose committee chairman opened the meeting at 7:05 PM.
Minutes from the last meeting or treasurer report were not available.
Rod Rose gave the following reports:
Beginning Digital Photography will be this Wed. 6-7 PM, a 3 part sries starting with resolution and color.
Grab Bag the 1st Thurs. May 6th at 1 PM.
Intermediate Digital Photography Tues. May 11th. At 1 PM.
Beginning Digital Photography in May on the 27th at 6 PM.
Program:
Rod introduced Rolland Krueger: A professional photographer specializing in digital photography spoke on Camera considerations, giving many suggestions on what to look for. He also spoke on printers and suggested looking at the web site www.itsupplies.com for more hints. Also go to www.pcworld.com
Hints on restoration of photos were given and to back up then correct density, color, and overall retouching.
17 persons present. Royce Roads won the evening prize.
At 7:50 PM, Program Director, Rhondda Cotton closed the presentation. She reminded the audience May was the last meeting until September when we have our party.
Meeting adjourned at 8 PM.
