WIMBERLEY COMPUTER CLUB MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 28, 2004
President, Al Sternthal opened the meeting at 7:00 PM. Other Board members attending were Curt Busk, Mary Nall, Susan Springer and Moselle Walker.
Al Sternthal announced that the October meeting is the 6th anniversary celebration and time for elections of board members.
Mary Nall, Treasurer reported that the bank balance is currently $738.28.
Curt Busk announced that Grab Bag meetings will be held at the library the 1st Thursday every month at 1:00 PM. Intermediate Digital Photography at the library the 2nd Monday at 1:00 PM, Jane Moss and Curt Busk instructing.
Currently there is no class for beginners. When at least 4 or 5 people enroll, a class will be scheduled.
Curt also expressed the importance of filling vacancies on the board for next year. Offices to be filled are President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
Mr. Wood Rogers gave a very interesting program with new Microsoft information for using Word and Excel.
Curt Announced:
The next meeting to be held at the library is the annual celebration. It is Pot Luck so bring your favorite food and be ready for a good time – 7:00 PM. The Club will furnish soft drinks.
